The Forum is a unique platform of the Russian-European dialogue uniting representatives of political, business and scientific circles, and also the unique all-European platform of the international business cooperation encompassing Russian and European industrial companies, including SMEs, and extending on all Europeand all regions of Russia. To subjects of the Russian Federation the Forum gives the chance to present to the European and Russian business communities their investment climate and entrepreneurial potential likewise investment projects and business partnership proposals of local industrial companies.

Plenary: to discuss acceleration of Russian economy modernization and diversification via involving Russian companies, inter alia SMEs, into international business relations, especially with European countries in line with the joint initiative Russia-EU “Partnership for Modernization”; role of Moscow city – capital of Russia – in that as a potential international financial centre likewise a catalyst for internationalizing companies, including SMEs, in Russian regions; assistance to Russian industrial enterprises in generating bankable investment projects and business partnership proposals, including export, attracting FDI and modern technologies.

The first day will be concluded with an official reception and an awarding ceremony of the Russian National Public Prize "Russian Creators" (www.ros-sozidateli.org).

Matchmaking on the second day: will be devoted to bilateral negotiations between Russian and European industrial companies, inter alia SMEs, and business support institutions, in production, R&D and services with business partnership proposals, including investment projects, and willing to identify potential business partners in Europe and in Russia.
