Registration is opened till 28 May 2012. Apply for, fill in the Registration Form and/or Company Profile and send it to the Organizer by e-mail (russia-europe-map@mail.ru).

If you wish to participate in the Plenary and/or Round-Tables discussions please mark which sessions you would like to attend and indicate the title of your intervention, if any.

If you wish to participate in the Matchmaking Meetings it is important that you make an accurate and brief description of your company and your desired cooperation with Russian or European potential partners. This text forms the basis of the entry in the online catalogue on the forum’s website and is used by all participants prior to the forum to assist them in making the choice of companies they wish to meet during the event. Please note that the sooner you register the earlier information on your company will appear on the forum’s site and for a longer period your offer will be available for Russian companies. This increases the number of your possible meetings during the forum.

Individual Bilateral Matchmaking Meetings

Full day on 6 June 2012 of individual bilateral meetings, scheduled upon request, between Russian firms and European companies and business support institutions proposing project proposals and investment/partnership projects to start negotiations on possible future business cooperation. Prior to the forum information on all registered participants will be available at the forum’s site under “Participants”. Everybody is meeting with everybody: Europeans are selecting Russian and European companies and business support institutions likewise Russians are selecting European and Russian companies and business support institutions for the meetings. All participants are invited to book in advance and not later than 28 May 2012 the meetings of interest to them by making use of a Meetings Request form to be sent to the Organizer by e-mail (russia-europe-map@mail.ru). Upon registration at the forum premises on 5 June 2012 each participant will receive a list of meetings to be held at numbered tables. English and Russian are the official languages. Each meeting will last for about 30 minutes. A large number of informal contacts can naturally also be made outside the "programme". Interpreters will be available upon request.
