Matchmaking Turkey-Russia 2011

Istanbul (13-15 September) and Izmir (16-19 September)

Participants: Russian and Turkish Importers, Exporters (or planning to become Exporters/Importers), Marketing and Sales specialists, Production and R&D staff,  Manufacturers, Engineering companies, Technical consultants, Service providers, Legal councils, Representatives from industry federations, business associations, educational institutions
 

13 September

13:40   -          Departure from Sheremetievo-2 airport with Turkish Airways and arrival at 15:55 in Istanbul (Atatuerk airport, terminal 1)

* Accommodation at 4-star hotel

* Dinner at city restaurant

14 September

10:00   -          Matchmaking at the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (lunch & two coffee breaks included)
Each Russian participant will be provided with a skirted table, internet access, electricity and illumination where they can host their potential Turkish business partners for one-to-one meetings and put their promotional materials.
For appointment-settings, Russian participants' details will be forwarded in advance to potential Turkish business partners. Turkish Attendee Profiles (potential business partners for Russian participants) will be forwarded in advance to Russian participants. Prior to the event, participants will receive an e-mail notification including the list of potential partners and meeting time with each partner. An interpreter (Russian/Turkish) will be provided to each Russian company

15 September

10:00   -          Visit to two international fairs  
*          Food and Beverage Technology, Food Safety, Additives and Ingredients, Cooling, Ventilation, Storage Systems and Logistics Fair
*          International Packaging Industry Fair
18:00   -          Departure from Istanbul for Izmir by Turkish Airways
* Accommodation at 4-star hotel
* Dinner at city restaurant

16 September

10:00   -          Welcome Meeting at the seminar room of the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry. Introduction of Russian companies and business opportunities with Russia
* Matchmaking at four rooms in the Chamber. An interpreter (Russian/Turkish) will be provided to each Russian company
* Lunch at the Chamber
* Noon: Departure from Izmir to resort (Cesme/or Kusadasi/or Seferihisar) for leisure by road transportation (it takes 90 min maximum).
* Accommodation at 4-star hotel
* Dinner at city restaurant + city tour

17 and 18 September

Full days leisure at the resort

* Dinners at city restaurants

19 September

08:00 - Departure from resort to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport for Istanbul and Russia (Turkish Airways at 11:00)
