Participation for all persons, companies and institutions is free of charge. They pay their own travel and accommodation costs. Upon individual requests (corresponding forms are to be filled in) four additional payable advertising services could be provided to the Forum participants:

- Placing advertising material on the Forum’s site under “Participants’ Advertising” (in WORD format with/without photos incorporated into the text, preferably in Russian, max. 3 pages in Times New Roman-12 font, without contact details): € 200 (without VAT 18%);

- Including advertising leaflet into Forum Participant’s kit: € 650 (without VAT 18%);

- A 4 м² stand at the premises of the Forum: € 400 (without VAT 18%);

- A 4 м² stand at the premises of the Forum, possibility of presentation, logo to be placed on the Forum’s banner: € 945 (without VAT 18%).

Companies and institutions wishing to get additional publicity during the 2-day event could be provided with specific sponsor’s packages upon request.
